What type of learner are you?

Everyone has an optimum way of learning. Understanding your learning style can assist you to study more successfully. There are many different models for describing learning styles. This unit provides
information and questionnaires on three learning styles models:

  • visual, auditory or kinaesthetic (VAK)
  • learning styles for academic study; Felder & Solomon. (active, reflective, sensory, intuitive, visual, verbal, sequential and global styles.) 
  • Myer-Briggs personality types (particularly useful for group work)
