Non-verbal communication
Introduction

Research suggests that receivers of a message interpret 90% of the meaning from the sender's body language. Body language is just one element of non-verbal communication. Facial expressions, gestures, eye contact, posture, body orientation and the distance you stand or sit from the person you are talking to communicate meaning. Even the way you dress makes a statement about you and your organisation.

Test your reaction to certain types of body language.
